1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Harmony Tickets, you agree to these terms. Harmony Tickets is a program of the Wave of Harmony Foundation.

2. Eligibility

Harmony Tickets is available to Maui residents. Certain ticket types are reserved for verified students, teachers, kupuna, and community members meeting eligibility criteria. Misrepresenting your eligibility may result in account suspension.

3. Ticket Claims

  • Tickets are non-transferable and for personal use only
  • You may bring up to 3 guests per event
  • Tickets are subject to availability and may have usage limits
  • Claimed tickets must be used — no-shows are tracked

4. No-Show Policy

If you claim a ticket and do not attend without canceling in advance, it counts as a no-show. After 2 no-shows, your account will be automatically suspended for 30 days. This ensures tickets go to community members who will use them.

5. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to be respectful to venue staff, fellow attendees, and partner organizations. Inappropriate behavior at events may result in account suspension.

6. Donations

Ticket and monetary donations through the Pay It Forward program are voluntary. Donated tickets are distributed to verified community members at the discretion of Harmony Tickets administrators.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the program evolves. Continued use of Harmony Tickets after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
