1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional), city, ZIP code, date of birth (optional), and demographic information you choose to provide (age range, student/teacher/kupuna status, etc.).
When you claim tickets, we collect: event attendance, check-in status, accessibility needs, and transportation preferences.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and manage your Harmony Tickets account
- To distribute tickets and manage event attendance
- To verify eligibility (student, teacher, kupuna, EBT)
- To send event notifications and reminders (if opted in)
- To generate anonymized impact reports for grant applications
- To improve our program and services
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with grant funders, sponsors, and venue partners to demonstrate program impact. Venue partners receive only the information needed for check-in (name and ticket confirmation).
4. Data for Minors
We take extra care with data from users under 18. Demographic information for minors is used only for program eligibility and anonymized reporting. We comply with COPPA requirements and never share minor data with third parties.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Verification documents (EBT cards, school IDs) are reviewed and then deleted — we do not retain copies.
6. Your Rights
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your profile page. To request complete data deletion, contact us at the email below.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
